Truly well-rounded:

Angular hardware schemes for both indoors and out.

Proof that products can be full of bends and edges and still look superbly good is provided by our angular hardware schemes for all types of host elements both indoors and out. In extending our range so comprehensively, we are echoing trends in international architecture, whose practitioners have increasingly gone over to fitting angular forms to indoor elements as a means of visual accentuation.

Haustür-Schutzbeschläge FSB 7360 + FSB 7361

The formal quality inherent to FSB expresses itself in the precise edging of our roses and in the way they complement the various handle types (flush and frame-door hardware, hardware for main doors and handles for windows). It is just as easy to fit these roses as it always has been with round FSB roses. They are supplied in aluminium, stainless steel and bronze, all greatly in demand for public projects. The range includes straight-cornered roses for all types of host element fitted in public project buildings. That they are heavy-duty and FS-approved stands to reason: we supply our angular roses in inseparable assemblies having standard bearings and as versions incorporating second-generation AGL® or AGL® FS compensating bearings.

FSB 1183

Angular roses go particularly well with our product collections by Hadi Teherani (FSB 1183) and David Chipperfield (FSB 1004) - both of which were explicitly conceived to cubic principles. The Chipperfield Collection is a classic adherent of elementally geometrical designs of the sort familiar from the Bauhaus period, whereas it is a severely modernist concept that informs the Teherani range. Both of these striking lever handle models have been pared down to essentials, boasting matter-of-fact visuals that are epitomised by the pronounced edges on their gripping sections. The consistency of design likewise extends to main entrance doors, where angular armoured roses blend in perfectly with crossbar handles of either angular (FSB 6519/6520, FSB 6527) or planar design (FSB 1003). The same applies as regards the new push/pull pad handles in our S-Flat series. Rounding this product offering off fair and square are suitably angular knobs on angular roses.
