
Two titles from the 16-volume FSB Edition very quickly became bestsellers: Volume 1, "Grasping and Handles" and volume 15, "Left – Right".
Similar to the eulogy of the human hand dated 1987, the volume “Left – Right” filled a gap in the market. As a manufacturer of really democratic products – each set of door furniture includes both a right and a left handle, everybody must also use both hands to go through doors. – FSB cooperated with Andrea Scholz in examining the situation for other objects designed to assist the hand. The outcome was really astounding.
An even more significant success factor of this book, which was quickly sold out was the fact that everybody has someone among his/her acquaintances, who is left-handed. What would be more pleasant than to present such a friend on his or her next birthday with a book that fetches him or her out of the left corner or pays a person in that corner the respect that is due?
