(And satisfied customers mean more success in business.) Therefore FSB has invested in an ultra-modern logistics system for a substantial reduction in lead times.

The heart of this system is a generously dimensioned, fully automatic high-rack warehouse which accommodates the more than 8,000 articles of the FSB standard range. The time taken from receipt of an order to the delivery of items in stock is normally just two days, and no more than three days. In the case of extremely urgent orders, same-day deliveries are also possible.

Of course it takes a little longer to fulfil special requests from our customers. But here also, FSB has made substantial investments in ultra-modern manufacturing technology and computer-controlled assembly lines to ensure that customized production lots rarely take more than eight to ten working days to delivery.

FSB’s order processing procedure for commercial partners has been substantially accelerated by the installation of an electronic information and ordering system. Finally, FSB’s transport partners also contribute to customers’ doors and windows being fitted with FSB products as quickly as possible by optimising their routing system.
